I am a fashion blogger and therefore I surf through dozens
of glossy magazines, websites, lookbooks and so on. And what do I see here?
Well, as you might expect, thousands of nice clothes and accesories on gorgeous
models that look more than perfect. And doesn't this affect so many women and
teenage girls in the way they see themselves? I, myself, have been on a
permanent diet for more than 5 years and nothing has helped me reach my true
goal weight. But still, there are some things that have helped me get rid of a
couple of pounds over the years. And what I haven't lost, I camouflage through
clothing (it's a gift, like many of you know!!), like this outfit I wore at
this year's Junior Prom :)

intregi de reviste fashion, sitea-uri si pliante si altele. Si ce vad pe-acolo?
Pai, cum v-ati astepta, sute de haine si accesorii care de care mai frumoase pe
modele care arata mai mult decat perfect. Si nu afecteaza asta intr-un mod
ingrozitor felul in care milioane de fete si femei se vad? Eu, cel putin, o tin
din dieta in dieta de mai mult de 5 ani de zile si nimic nu m-a ajutat pana
acum sa ajung acolo unde-mi doresc. Dar totusi, sunt anumite lucruri care m-au
ajutat de-a lungul anilor sa scap de cateva kilograme. Iar ceea ce nu am lasat
in urma, camuflez prin haine ( e un dar, multi dintre voi stiti asta!), precum
salopeta pe care am purtat-o la Balul Bobocilor de anul acesta:)
1. Eat often: Those
who are on a diet seem to eat lesser times during the day and smaller portions.
The secret is to eat as many times as you can, still small portions, because
your methabolism slows down every 3 hours, so you have to keep it running at
its best.
Mananca des: Cine e la dieta, de obicei mananca mult mai rar
si mai putin in timpul zilei. Secretul e sa mananci putin, dar des, pentru ca
metabolismul incetineste la fiecare 3 ore, iar mancand, il faci sa accelereze.
2. Don't eat after 6 o'clock : It's the most valuable info
I've ever used. Even if I'm not on a diet, I still try to stop eating after 6,
and if I don't lose weight, I still maintain my usual one.
Nu manca dupa ora 6 : E cel mai bun sfat pe care-l pot da.
Chiar daca nu tin o cura, tot incerc sa nu mai mananc dupa ora 6. Iar daca nu
slabesc, cel putin ma mentin.
3.Exercise: I don't really think there's anything else to
add to this.
Sport: Nu cred ca trebuie sa mai adaug ceva aici.
4. Drink lots of water: This is of utmost importance. If you
aren't hydrated enough, your body won't work at its highest.
Bea multa apa: E de o importanta majora. Daca nu bei destula
apa, nu esti hidratata indeajuns. Prin urmare, organismul tau nu functioneaza la
cea mai buna capacitate.
5. Don't get lazy: it's more than recommended to take a
pause once in a while, but if that pause gets longer than 1 day in a row,
you'll lose the habit and will get even harder back into it.
Nu lenevi: e mai mult decat recomandat sa iei o pauza din
cand in cand, dar cand iei o pauza mai lunga de 1 zi, o sa-ti pierzi obisnuinta
si-o sa fie si mai greu sa te reobisnuiesti.
6. Buy your goal: This is something that has helped me a
lot. Simply buy a piece of clothing in a size you'd eventually like to be and
try to fit in it, day by day.
Cumpara-ti tinta: Acest lucru m-a ajutat enorm. Pur si
simplu cumpara o haina intr-o marime in care ai vrea sa intri si munceste sa
ajungi acolo.
7. High-heels: You know that killer pair of heels? Use it!
Walk in it! Walking on high-heels burns 30% calories more than simple walking.
Tocuri: Stii perechea aia geniala de pantofi cu toc?
Foloseste-o! Mergi pe ei! Mersul pe tocuri arde cu 30% mai multe calorii.
8. Stand up straight: Add another 30% calorie burn.
Stai dreapta: Mai adauga inca 30% la rata arderilor astfel.
9. Make a new post: I'm not talking about posting some
inspirational photos. Go to an art gallery and get inspiration from there. Make
a post about your favourite shops. Get some new clothes for another post. That
will keep you running and burning.
Fa o noua postare : Si nu vorbesc despre poze de inspiratie.
Du-te la o galerie de arta si ia-ti inspiratia de-acolo. Fa o postare despre
magazinele tale favorite. Ia haine noi pentru o postare in parc. Asta ar trebui
sa te tina in miscare si sa mentina rata arderilor.
10. Move it! : Go dancing( in a club or in your bedroom), do
some chores, get the groceries, take a walk, kiss your boyfriend. Everything
that keeps you moving burns calories and releases endorphines, therefore keeps
you happy.
Misca! : Du-te sa dansezi ( in club sau in propriul
dormitor), fa treaba, du-te la magazin, plimba-te, saruta-ti iubitul. Orice te
tine in miscare arde calorii si elibereaza endorfine, prin urmare te mentine
fericita!
