Beautiful Dangerous

The Shoe Pendant

Light and dark, dancing in a multitude of shades and on a different array of textures: cotton, jean and leather. This is why I am now in love with black and white pictures, with the message they transmit and how they easily embrace rock music. And since we're talking about music, I've found the perfect opportunity to present you with my plans for the 5th of February: Slash's concert in Bucharest. Since he's been Prince Charming's childhood idol, I thought this would be the perfect gift, so we're going together. (You can also see all the adds on the blog on the same theme =) ).
More about the music: although it might be a little different than his usual, my favorite piece is Beautiful Dangerous, featuring Fergie. Sadly enough, this won't be in the concert, but we're going to enjoy Sweet Child O'mine or You're a lie .
Enthusiasm overwhelming and all equals all day fidgeting and counting down the days (6)!!

Hey there, (de)lilah

Falling in love is beautiful. Also, being loved is divine. But it's all even better when you know there's no suffering and no jealousy involved. Or maybe I might get jealous of another person who will be chairing any one of my delegates' committees.
Two weeks ago, I spent an amazing weekend at Busteni, chairing the AGRI committee at my last session of this spring, Transylvania I Regional Selection Session of the EYP. You might say I spend all of my time with sessions, but it's quite addictive.
This time, I was a chair for the first time and I want to thank all of my close friends that were there to help each other and my amazing delegates, who made my first experience in chairing an awesome one.
Thank you guys for dedications and for pulling through all obstacles as an amazing team!

EYP Concert

Photobucket

Every EYP session has a concert where it's best musicians reward the delegates and officials with their amazing voices and musical skills .
It's a formal occasion and we had to dress up, though ,unfortunately ,I'd forgotten to pack a special dress for the concert,so I had to improvise.

Harry Potter,Deathly Hallows and a Symphonic Concert

Photobucket

After my last post , I decided I should cut down on bread a little. It's not quite flattering for the figure. And so ,I decided to go out and treat myself for this decision ! And guess where I went ! To a symphonic concert. I had been given the invite and thought I should make the most out of this experience so I went with a bunch of friends . It rained the entire day and we had to rush. Also, I lost a piece of my shoe (and I need to get it fixed) . The concert was amazing : we listened to pieces from Vivaldi (his Concerto Grosso to be more precise) , C.Porumbescu, the Ballad and much more ! I heartly recommend going to such concerts . And dressing up for the occasion too.
And when I got home, what better things did I have to do,if not watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows , the first part. I was saving it to see it together with part two,but I couldn't wait any longer , so I saw it last night. I won't be too much of a spoiler , but I have to say that a certain scene has fascinated me : at Bill and Fleur's wedding, when the Death Eaters arrive , Ron grabs Hermione and Harry runs towards Ginny ,but is turned around by Lupin , who only wanted to save him. That scene is so incredibly romantic. I adored it. Now I have to keep on dreaming until part two arrives . Though I wish that would never happen , since it would be the real end to the story and I don't want it to end , mostly because it has been the story of my childhood and probably the best story someone could think of.
