Color block's not dead
Color blocking has been my favourite trend of the past season, but now that they're gone into the sad closet of passed trends that await redescovering, I don not quite miss it as much as I should. In fact, I await the Fin de Hiver sales for the usual Shop Till You Drop experience that will bring my closet closer and closer to total colaps.
But going back to trends that are meant to be forgotten and rediscovered in a continuous cycle, this spring, we meet a one long ago lost love of mine: pastels. I cannot wait to buying soft pink skirts, mint asymetric blouses, long creamy dresses and braiding flowers in my future red locks.
And as a tribute to my last season love, I combined strong colors with a little bit of power print ( check the House of Art scarf for explanations) and some soft jean and white silk shirt.
Expect further remembering of old trends and praising of the newly rediscovered ones.

Andy and the StyleScrapbook
There are those people that you never knew existed but one day, just for an instant , they wow you and their image remains forever in your life. So is Andy , from StyleScrapbook . She's the winner of the Mango competition and I would love to congratulate her because she really deserves it . I didn't really notice her blog that much until this contest and now I am deeply in love with what she does . Her style is really amazing and I can say that after reading almost her entire blog archive . And her evolution is quite impressive.
